IELTS (International English Language Testing System)
The most common English test for Punjab study/PR applicants, scored in bands 0–9 across listening, reading, writing and speaking.
IELTS Academic is used for university admission; General Training for some visas and PR. It is run in Punjab by the British Council and IDP. Book only through the official conductors — never an unofficial middleman.
