ECA (Educational Credential Assessment)
A report confirming your foreign degree equals a Canadian one; required to claim education points in Express Entry.
IRCC accepts ECAs from designated organisations such as WES and IQAS. It maps your qualification to the Canadian level so it can be scored in the CRS. It does not guarantee admission — universities set their own entry standards.
