Canada's online system that ranks skilled permanent-residence candidates and invites the highest scorers to apply.
Express Entry manages three federal programmes. You submit a profile, get a CRS score from your age, education, language and work experience, and enter a pool; periodic draws invite the top scorers to apply for PR. No job offer is required, though one can raise your score.
