MOI (Medium of Instruction)
A letter from your school/college stating you studied in English; some institutions accept it in place of IELTS, but most visas still require a test.
An MOI can waive the English test for admission at some institutions, but visa English requirements (like the UK's SELT or a country's minimum) usually still apply. Never assume an MOI replaces IELTS for the visa — confirm both the university and the immigration rule.
